Berk Esen has been elected to the Executive Committee of the International Political Science Association (IPSA) at the 27th World Congress of Political Science held last week in Buenos Aires. Established in Paris in 1949 under the guidance of UNESCO, IPSA has approximately 3000 members and is affiliated with over 50 national political science associations around the globe.
