Our Ph.D student at Political Science Department Aybars Görgülü’s most recent work "Turkish – Armenian Relations: A Vicious Circle" has been published as a part of TESEV’s Foreign Policy Analysis Series.
In this report, Görgülü surveys the past 17 years of Turkish – Armenian relations, identifies key issues, narrates diplomatic and civic efforts that address them, and in doing so he emphasizes the necessities to normalize Turkish – Armenian relations.
