Sabancı University, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Political
Science Ph.D. student Arzu Kıbrıs will be presenting an article as an
invited speaker at the Group Decision and Negotiation Conference which
will be held in Toronto on 14-17 June, 2009. Her article, titled
"Uncertainty and Ratification Failure", develops a game theoretical
model that explains how an international agreement signed by
representatives of two countries can fail parliamentary ratification.
