POLS PhD student Hasret Dikici Bilgin's article co-authored with FASS faculty member Sabri Sayarı entitled "Paths to Power: The Making of Cabinet Ministers in Turkey" is published in the Parliamentary Affairs from Oxford Journals.
The study, based on a dataset compiled by the authors, analyzes the trends in the social and political profiles of the cabinet ministers across time in comparison with the European political elites.
